Dominga Julicia James '10
100% Trinidadian but born in the USA, Julicia has always had an infatuation with learning new languages and traveling. When she got her first opportunity to see Europe with Georgetown's program in Tours, France, she jumped at the chance. After falling in love with France, she returned her junior year to study at the Institut d'Etudes Politique de Paris in Poitiers. You can read all about her adventures on the OIP Blog. Since then, she's been to Morocco, Scotland, Italy, England and Spain. She's eager to start traveling again, just itching to go to Greece! This year, she'll be taking classes to complete her International Politics major in the SFS.
Grace Erdmann '10
Grace is a senior English major in the College. Her stellar experience studying Arabic and Middle Eastern politics on the French Riviera for the academic year 2008-2009 inspired her to get more involved with OIP upon her return. When not occupied with Sciences Po's academic demands, she was able to explore continental Europe with friends, visit other students abroad in the UK, and travel to destinations as diverse as Cairo, Asmara, and Oslo. Although her most thorough exploration was within France, she is familiar with a range of study abroad programs and is excited to help other Georgetown students interested in study abroad.
Sarah Forrest '10
Sarah, born and raised in the USA, is an International History major in the SFS, also pursuing a certificate in International Development. She recently returned from a year abroad, where she spent the fall studying in Dakar, Senegal, and the spring studying in Paris, France through CUPA. The year abroad allowed her to explore and expand upon her passion for languages, travel, adventure, exchange and dialogue across cultures, in addition to furnishing her with deep insight into the practical nature of subjects she explored in the classroom.
