We encourage you to attend the information session for the program you are interested in. To learn more about the program and location, visit the Office of International Programs' Resource Center on the second floor of Poulton Hall.
Begin the online application process as soon as the application becomes available in early November.
STEP 2: Search for a Program
Click on the Programs tab, then either type in the name of your program, or use the search functions to find your program.
STEP 3: Begin Application
Click on the Apply Now button. You will be directed to a login page. Login using your GU NetID and password.
STEP 4: Select a Term & Complete the Pre-Application Page
Under "Available Terms," choose Summer 2010 and then click Apply.
STEP 5: Complete the Required Student Information Page
Fill in your biographical information on the Required Student Information page. Remember to click on Save at the bottom of the page. You will then be taken to your personal Applicant Homepage.
STEP 6: Become Familiar with the Applicant Homepage and Program Requirements
On your Applicant Homepage, click on your program's name, located under "Applications Filed."
You should now be on a page that says "Program Application Page (Pre-Acceptance)." On the right-hand side of the page you will find the following boxes:
Signature Verification - These are items you will have to read and sign online.
Material Submissions - All material submissions must be turned in to the Summer Programs staff at the Office of International Programs. In this section, you will find the list of what you need to turn in and instructions and/or forms needed to obtain this information.
Recommendations - This area will tell you whether or not your recommendations have been received.
Questionnaires - These forms must be submitted online. They include emergency contact information and any personal statements required by your program.
Make sure to visit your homepage regularly to see if all of your items have been received. On decision day, you will receive a notification in your email alerting you that your status has changed. Login onto your homepage to see if you have received a nomination.
